Frequently asked questions
How do I setup my DIY Champagne Tower?
Generally, the towers are setup the same way but, we offer two different shapes - Square & Round.
SQUARE:
The square tower is the simplest.
For a 4 Tier Tower, place 4 x 4 rows of glasses on the bottom.
For a 3 Tier Tower, place 3 x 3 rows of glasses on the bottom.
Make sure your glasses are all touching, perfectly straight and in the middle of the tray before moving up. The next tier is placed on top, carefully placing the next row of glasses on top of the tier below, and so on until you reach the top.
ROUND:
The round tower is a little more fiddly, but my favourite. Stick with it as it's a lovely shape.
For a 5 Tier Tower, place one central row of 5 glasses directly down the centre of the tray. Then, position 4 glasses along either side of the row of 5, and then 3 glasses either side of the row of 4. So looking from above you will have rows of 3, 4, 5, 4, 3.
Make sure your glasses are all touching, perfectly straight and in the middle of the tray before moving up. The next tier is placed on top, carefully placing the next row of glasses on top of the tier below.
The next tier will be rows of 2, 3, 4, 3.
The next tier will be rows of 2, 3, 2.
The next tier will be 3 glasses in a triangle.
Finally, 1 glass on top.
If you have a 4 Tier Tower, start with rows of 2, 3, 4, 3. And so on.
If you have a 3 Tier Tower, start with rows of 2, 3, 2. And so on.
IMPORTANT - all glasses must touch, and all glasses must be positioned directly above where the rims are touching below. Any glasses positioned favouring one side, may topple your tower!
TIP - The glasses may wobble! In this case, try spinning the glass carefully, or swap out for another glass and try again.
